ITMETA Immigration AI – Terms of Use

ITMETA Immigration AI provides tools for immigration case management, eligibility guidance, document organisation, communication, reports, AI-assisted functionality and, where available, Professional Review.

The platform is not a Cyprus government website. ITMETA does not act on behalf of the Civil Registry and Migration Department or any other government authority.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You must not:

• Access other users’ information
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the platform unlawfully

You are responsible, to the best of your knowledge, for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, and for having the authority to provide any information about third parties, such as family members.

AI-generated and automated assessments may contain errors. They are not an official government determination, a guaranteed eligibility result or legal advice.

Professional Review and other paid services may have a separate scope and separate fees.

Unless separately agreed in writing, use of the technology platform alone does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

ITMETA does not guarantee any immigration outcome. Final decisions are made by the competent authorities.

Some platform functions may be included with ITMETA services; others may be charged separately.

The platform software, design, workflow, branding and platform-generated materials belong to ITMETA or its licensors. This does not include content provided by users or third parties.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption.

We may restrict access for security reasons, misuse, legal compliance or material breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITMETA is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated or automated information, or for decisions of government authorities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory rights and protections you have under applicable law.
